I was born into a Kibbutz, a collective agricultural community in Israel where everything, including us children, was shared. It was a true joy to grow up in this environment, where I learned to appreciate nature, listen to the birds, watch the beautiful sky with its clouds and stars, walk barefoot through high grass, harvest mushrooms and wild plants for dinner, and revel in the great outdoors. I also learned to sit with friends around the campfire, be present, and enjoy the simple pleasures of life.
Looking back, I realize that I had several close calls where I could have lost my life, such as two horseback riding accidents and a car crash. Luckily, I emerged from each of these incidents without a scratch. This gave me the confidence to take risks and fight for what I wanted. I always asked myself, "What's the worst thing that could happen?" And the answer was always the same: another story to add to the book of my life.
Later on, I spent a couple of years in Switzerland before settling in Boston with my three young children. At first, it was challenging as I lacked good English, a social network, and struggled to make ends meet, which led to periods of depression and stress. However, I knew I had to provide for my family, so I entered the real estate business. I have had tremendous success in this career and am forever grateful for the personal and professional growth I experienced as a result.
However, I felt that my calling was to help people make their lives better, healthier, happier, and more fulfilling. I founded Nevita to achieve this goal, and I look forward to helping each and every one of you Ignite Wellness and Spark Growth.
